Over the course of his career, he has successfully led the acquisition of 16 self-storage facilities and served as a general partner on seven multifamily projects, demonstrating his expertise in both asset classes.

Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Powell built a distinguished career as an award-winning salesman, retiring in 2022. He also holds two Master’s degrees, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Powell now resides in Southern California with his family, where he is always pursuing his passion for real estate and business opportunities.
